The Pain of Death

 

“Dear Death, I accept there will be pain when you arrive. Life brings pain, so it makes sense that you will, too”

Of course Pain accompanies Death. Our best hope is that it will be minimal and not last long. These two hand puppets represent that pain. Hopefully that menacing Death figure won’t hit us too hard with that stick! Oh, no. He seems to really like that stick. These puppets were made with wire, clay, linen and two little bells. They can be used as puppets, but they are meant for display. They are each about 17 x 10 inches wide, and can hang from a little wire in their backs.
