Death looks over it’s shoulder, decay is just about to begin, we catch these spirits at the moment in between.
 
Inspired by the breathtaking wax and wood anatomical figures of the past, jana seven carefully hand-sculpted this unique piece of art with wire, papier-mache, clay, and natural fibers. The torso of Rosamunde, Anatomica is carefully tattooed with illustrated pages from an antique medical dictionary, then gently wrapped with rust-dyed gauze. She is 21 inches tall and 9 inches wide.  Rosamunde has a wire embedded in her back, so she can also be hung.
