Heinrich loved dancing, he danced everywhere. He, wisely, decided the only thing could possibly improves his dancing was a brand new handmade giant owl head. Right choice, Heinrich.

Preparation had be ongoing for weeks. Instruments dusted, plucked and tuned. Dance moves carefully coordinated and rehearsed. Masks constructed, repaired and appropriately befeathered and behorned. All in time to celebrate their favorite time of the year. Not only had the harvest been successfully gathered and stored, but the days! The days were growing gloriously shorter and darker, the fires were now kindled and stoked! It was the time to gather in small bunches, tell stories, remember those who have left  us, and celebrate this very moment in time and all who surround us. And maybe try and be a little scary.
