Phoebe sits at her window, waiting for Moon to appear, and when it does, she and her friends meet and repeat their vows.

Phoebe is about 17 inches long. She was created with wire, paperclay and hand-dyed linen. Phoebe has a little wire in her back so that she can be easily hung, but she can also easily sit on a shelf.
