The Journey of Death

“Dear Death, I accept that you may be part of a long journey.”

Which is a better Death- is it one that is a long journey, that you can have lots of time to prepare for, pack a bag, find your passport, and say goodbye to loved ones? This piece represents that version of death. The Horse is hand carved of wood and clay and is about 12 inches high. The cart and coffin are made from antique, salvaged wood. The wheels are wire and the figure is made from wire, clay and fabric.
